Summer Sketching Series with Lisa Wronski

  • Chicago Riverwalk (map)

This Summer Sketching Series includes different meet-up sessions at different locations in the city. We will be going through materials, choice of subject, mini lessons about important skills such as perspective and composition, and a final “critique” and review at the end of each session.

Instructor Bio:

Lisa Wronski is an artist and architect working in Chicago. Her drawings explore scenes of everyday urban life - the bustling intersections, the worker cottages, the alleys, and the local cafes. Lisa received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2014, which included a year-long study abroad experience in Versailles, France. Her time abroad was pivotal to her growth as an artist and designer. She went on to receive her Master of Architecture in 2016. Lisa has exhibited her work throughout the city and is an avid contributor to urban sketchers.
